Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products in their original glass jars and cardboard boxes to prevent damage and ensure they can be properly recycled or reused.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
