What does 'circular beauty' mean?

Circular beauty refers to our process of rescuing by-products from other industries—like coffee grounds and fruit pits—and transforming them into high-performing skincare products to reduce waste.

Are UpCircle products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny and The Vegan Society. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused portion in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Is your packaging plastic-free?

We are committed to being 99% plastic-free. Most of our products are housed in glass jars or aluminum tubes with metal lids. We also offer a 'Return, Refill, Repeat' scheme for many of our items.
